In 2010, Spyderco introduced the Para Military 2, an evolution of the classic version with notable enhancements. The introduction of the Bushing Pivot System ensured smoother action and consistent manufacturing precision. The G-10 handle was refined, narrowing towards the end for improved ergonomics. Both the handle and blade were slimmed down to eliminate uncomfortable angles when carried in a pocket.

Equipped with a Compression Lock® and a versatile four-way clip, it supports tip-up/tip-down and left/right-hand carry, discreetly resting deep in your pocket. The Para Military 2 boasts a high-performance CPM S45VN full flat-ground blade, with extended tip length and added jimping on the spine and finger choil. The blade is coated in a non-reflective DLC (Diamond-Like Coating), and the handle components, pocket clip, and blade are all treated with a black finish to minimize reflections.
